Refund policy

 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

To start a return, please contact us at velaire.us@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email.

Once your return request has been approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Customers may take the package to USPS and purchase a return shipping label. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking information until your return has been completed.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to make sure it meets our return requirements. If the return is approved after inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
