Velaire operates velaire.us, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Velaire is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Velaire reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Velaire confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Velaire may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after an order has been accepted.

If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, or phone number provided with your order.

Purchases are subject to our Return Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after being placed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking information when available.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Velaire is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, high order volume, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

If there are significant changes or delays affecting your order that we become aware of, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, or other use may not be eligible for a refund.

To request a return, contact velaire.us@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return request has been approved, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Customers may ship their return through USPS. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking information until your return has been completed.

Once the return is received, we will inspect the item. If it meets our return requirements, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including trademarks, brand names, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, designs, and their selection and arrangement, are owned by Velaire, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Shopify's name, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. Other trademarks appearing through the Services belong to their respective owners.

Velaire is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Velaire.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and Velaire, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from products and services purchased from us, subject to applicable law.
